Last updated: June 15, 2026 · AETHER Studio · Akron, Ohio · info@8ther.io · (330) 294-9310

AETHER Studio is an AI automation, web design, and branding studio based in Akron, Ohio, operating the website 8ther.io. This page explains our transactional SMS program: how you give consent, what messages we send, how often, and how to stop.

How you opt in

Providing your mobile number is always optional and is never a condition of any purchase. You can consent to receive text messages from AETHER Studio in two ways:

Verbal opt-in (phone) disclosure

When you provide your mobile number on a call, our agent reads the following disclosure and saves your number only if you verbally agree:

"This is AETHER Studio. Would you like to receive text messages from us at this number — such as one-time verification codes and order or account notifications? Message frequency is about 1 to 5 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. May I have your permission to text you at this number?"

The business owners separately receive internal operational alerts (new-lead and quote/sale notifications) on the company's own number.
