When you use our contact form, request a demo or quote, subscribe to our newsletter, or speak with our voice agent, we may collect your name, email address, business name, phone number, and the content of your message or call. We do not collect payment card information through this website.
We use the information you provide to respond to your inquiries, provide requested services, deliver one-time verification codes and order/account notifications, and send you relevant updates about AETHER. We never sell your personal data to third parties.
Contact form submissions are processed and stored via Netlify Forms and our secure database (Supabase). Newsletter subscriptions may be managed through our email service provider. All data is stored securely.
By providing your mobile phone number to AETHER — on our website forms or verbally to our AI voice agent during a call you initiate — you consent to receive transactional text messages from AETHER, including one-time verification codes and order/account notifications. The business owner also receives internal operational alerts on the company's own number.
No mobile information sharing: We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in/consent data with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party.
Message frequency is approximately 1–5 messages per month per recipient. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to unsubscribe at any time; after you reply STOP we will not send further messages. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing us at info@8ther.io.
This website uses minimal cookies necessary for functionality. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies. For traffic measurement we use privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics (Plausible), which records aggregate, anonymous usage only.
Our website offers an AI voice assistant, and we operate AI voice agents on our phone line. When you start a call with one of these agents, your microphone audio is streamed in real time to our voice provider (Retell) and its sub-processors to power the conversation, and calls may be recorded and transcribed for quality, training, and follow-up. Starting a call is voluntary and constitutes your consent to this processing; if you do not want to be recorded, simply don't start the call, or end it at any time.
