AETHER provides AI automation, web development, branding, and digital strategy services. All services are subject to a signed agreement or Statement of Work (SOW) outlining scope, deliverables, timeline, and payment terms.
Payment terms are specified in individual project agreements. Standard terms require a deposit before work begins, with the remainder due per the project agreement. Late payments may incur fees as specified in the project agreement.
Upon full payment, clients receive full ownership of final deliverables. AETHER retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Project agreements include a specified number of revision rounds. Additional revisions or scope changes will be quoted separately.
By providing your mobile number to AETHER (via our website or verbally to our voice agent), you agree to receive transactional text messages, including one-time verification codes and order/account notifications. Message frequency is approximately 1–5 messages per month per recipient. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out at any time. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in/consent data with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. AETHER's liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific project in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, nor for delayed or undelivered text messages, which are subject to carrier conditions.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. Any disputes shall be resolved in Summit County, Ohio.
